Tara Kitchen owner Aneesa Waheed reflects on journey, road ahead

Moroccan restaurant Tara Kitchen began as a small stall at the Schenectady Greenmarket. Then, owner Aneesa Waheed and her husband decided to open a full-service eatery in the city in 2008. WAMC's Maryam Ahmad spoke to Waheed about the evolution of the business over 20 years.
