North Main Street Structure Fire
Working smoke alarms alerted sleeping occupants to a fire at 384 North Main Street in West Lebanon on September 24. Everyone escaped safely, and no firefighters were injured. The cause remains under investigation.
October Basic R.A.D. Course Offering

Angling and Donuts Along the Mascoma River
The Lebanon Conservation Commission is sharing an opportunity to enjoy a relaxed morning of fishing, learning, and fall scenery along the Mascoma River. Connecticut River Conservancy will host Angling and Donuts on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

Lebanon Landfill Closed Tuesday, October 6
The Lebanon Solid Waste and Recycling Facility will be CLOSED on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, for facility maintenance. Regular operations will resume on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 7:30am.

Volunteer to Help Build Window Inserts
LEAC supports an upcoming event from October 1 through October 8 to build high-quality window inserts that keep drafts out and reduce heating costs. Volunteers are needed to give a few hours or an evening to help build them. No experience needed!
