Save the Date! Medication Take Back Event - October 24, 2026
The Shrewsbury Police Department will host a medication take back event on 10/24/26 from 9am-1pm at the Shrewsbury Senior Center, 98 Maple Avenue for the safe and proper disposal of any unused, unwanted prescription or over-the-counter medication.
Water Main Break- September 28, 2026- Svenson Road and Sterling Street
Due to a water main break, water will be off on Svenson Road and Sterling Street for 6-8 hours to allow the repairs to be made. The Shrewsbury Water and Sewer Division is on site to address the issue.
No-Wake Zone for Lake Quinsigamond
The Lake Quinsigamond Commission is issuing a No-Wake Zone for the entirety of Lake Quinsigamond to prevent erosion damage to the shoreline following increased water flow.
