Reflections on the CLTR Tech-Free Work Space

Launched in Fall 2026, the Tech-Free Work Space provides a welcoming, low-distraction environment where students can practice close reading, critical thinking, original writing, and other important habits of mind alongside classmates and faculty hosts. This faculty and student panel will report on our experiences with this CLTR pilot project and lead a discussion about AI-resistant teaching and learning at Colgate.
