Farley Named to Replace Retiring Director of Community Affairs Harris
The City of Midland is pleased to announce that Melissa Farley has been promoted to Director of Community Affairs. She succeeds Selina Harris, who will retire in September 2026 after 35 years of service to the City of Midland.
