This event is free of charge and provides a comforting environment that supports the grieving process and attends to your unique needs. The hour-long sessions will include a variety of inspirational readings, times for group sharing, education, meditations, timeline explorations and moments of silence. These classes are free and provide a comforting environment that support the grieving process. All adults associated with your loss are welcome to attend.
