Now it's time to join Gulfport Arts & Heritage for a hilarious Florida film: Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar . Take a trip and break out of your shell with Barb and Star. From the actors who brought you Bridesmaids (co-stars and co-writers Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo), this zany comedy tells the story of lifelong friends Barb and Star. Newly jobless and needing some inspiration, the two embark on the adventure of a lifetime when they decide to leave their small Midwestern town a glamorous Florida vacation. On the itinerary: romance, friendship, a seafood festival, deadly mosquitos and a villain’s evil plot…Hold onto your culottes! This PG-13 film is very light hearted but does feature some sexual content, drug use, and cursing. Please use your discretion in bringing younger children. Doors open at 6:30pm and the screening begins at 7pm. Soda and popcorn will be served. No cost to attend, though donations are always appreciated.
